Data Center Specialist

• Receive and respond to calls
• Provide guidance and solution for routine problems or queries to ensure problem resolution with specified time scales.
• Escalate complex problems to the relevant person and ensure the caller is apprised of his action
• Provide monitoring of the systems to ensure smooth operations
• Set up equipment to given parameters so it can operate to the required outputs and tolerances Operate the equipment to produce the required results in line with given work schedules
• Identify and equipment malfunctions, make adjustments if possible or inform supervisor promptly so repairs can be affected
• Maintain and improve personal knowledge of IT systems by attending internal and external training courses

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science.
• 0-2 years of experience in data center.
