Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough data analysis to extract valuable insights and identify patterns trends and correlations
2. Create clear and concise reports that present findings and analysis results to various stakeholders
3. Process clean and validate large datasets to ensure data accuracy and reliability for analysis
4. Excel Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in Excel functions and formulas to manipulate summarize and analyze data efficiently
5. Use data visualization tools (e.g. charts and graphs) to present complex information in an easytounderstand manner
6. Employ data mining techniques to discover hidden patterns or information within datasets
7. Translate data findings into actionable insights and recommendations for decisionmaking
8. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
9. Ensure data integrity and follow data security protocols to protect sensitive information
10. Document data analysis processes methodologies and results to facilitate knowledge sharing and replication
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions (e.g. VLOOKUP pivot tables charts array formulas)
2. Familiarity with data visualization
3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to work with large datasets
4. Attention to detail and the ability to identify data inconsistencies and errors
5. Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively
6. Ability to work independently
