Data Analyst to a Digital Marketing company in Malta

We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in analysing player behaviour identifying trends and providing actionable insights to drive informed decisionmaking across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for datadriven analysis strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect clean and analyse data from various sources including player transactions game performance and customer interactions.
• Identify patterns trends and anomalies in player behaviour and game performance to inform business strategies and decisionmaking.
• Develop and maintain reports dashboards and visualizations to communicate key insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Conduct adhoc analysis to support business inquiries identify areas for optimization and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer support to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics and iGaming to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy integrity and security by adhering to best practices in data management and governance.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Economics or related field.
• 1 to 3 years experience in data analysis preferably in the iGaming or online gaming industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Quicksight Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment with a proactive and resultsdriven approach.
