- You will generate impactful reports for stakeholders and the Customer Support Manager.
- Moreover you will coach inspire and provide constructive feedback to Customer Support agents for stellar performance.
- Furthermore you will set the standard for commitment exemplary work ethic and adherence to schedules.
- Finally you will conduct monthly 121 meetings support recruitment and create a highperformance team environment.
Requirements
- Native proficiency in Danish and English
- Creative thinker with extensive customer support and leadership experience
- Selfdriven and committed to enhancing the employee experience
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
