Tasks

You will be working in shifts and be paid hourly with tasks described below:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via
    email and live chat
  • Guide customers through our products and services ensuring a
    seamless experience
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address complex problems and improve processes.
  • Develop an indepth understanding of our products and stay updated on new features.
  • Educate customers on product functionalities to enhance their user experience
  • Approach customer interactions with empathy actively listening to their concerns.
  • Anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations through personalised support.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions feedback and issue resolutions

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in a customer support or customer service sales or call centers. Dealing with B2B and B2C.
  2. Perfect communication in English in both verbal and written
  3. Familiarity with Helpdesk and Ticketing System is advantageous.
  4. Willing to be assigned to work three different shifts to accommodate our business needs and ensure coverage throughout the day including night shifts.
  5. A candidate with knowledge of the Forex and Prop Trading industry and Actively participating in relevant communities or practical involvement is preferred.
