Tasks

To excel in the role of a Customer Support representative it is crucial to possess independence and the ability to concentrate on individual responsibilities. Previous experience in a similar Customer Support role is essential. We highly value interpersonal skills emphasizing effective communication with colleagues and customers. Requirements

• Excellent in German language (C2)
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Strong client service and call handling skills
• Technical proficiency
• Theoretical education background
• Demonstrated previous experience in customer service
• Displays maturity and maintains a professional demeanor
• Capable of expressing oneself confidently both verbally and in writing
• Possesses a thorough understanding of the clients products
