Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities


This role will be responsible for the Onboarding of WABA clients.

Which will include ensuring that they have FB verified.

If they dont have FB verified the FBM agent must complete the process with the client.

This role will be responsible for doing essential followup until the activation process is completed.

Reports need to be built monthly and weekly for activation status.

Candidates should have good written and spoken English skills.

Candidate must have good customer support etiquette.

Minimum 1 year of work experience in Customer Onboarding
Graduated
