About the Role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Help customers maximize the use of software features.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support information and guidance.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training.
  • Provide software training to our clients from time to time.


Knowledge
  • Must understand the market they are operating in.
  • Must have indepth product knowledge and the benefits it offers to customers.
  • Should have a good understanding of the Organizations policies and processes related to customers.
  • Should have good knowledge of MS Office and other similar productivity tools
  • Should have a fair understanding of the technology landscape.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Candidate must be Graduate or Postgraduate (preference to commerce graduate with good academic and working knowledge of Tally.ERP9)
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Good communication skills (Hindi and English)
  • Good decisionmaking skills
