Tasks

As a Customer Support Agent your mission will be to assist our customers with any issues during and after their order.

• Assist customers through inbound calls enthusiastically and professionally.
• Support customers by providing information about products and attempting to close sales over the phone.

Requirements

• Excellent level of Norwegian language (C2)
• Proficiency in English (B2)
• Previous experience in Sales (nice to have)
• Previous experience in Contact Centre or Customer Service (nice to have)
