Do you enjoy solving problems and helping people in making decisions This position gives you the chance to be the voice of our company. We are looking for an innovative and driven person with strong rigor to join our growing team. A candidate who is creative and eager to think outside the box would be an ideal fit.
This role is a core part of our sales and business development team.
The major outcomes of this role will be to:
- Sign 3 LOIs a week 36 in total.
- Create 1 video per day.
Competencies Required:
- Willing to work US hours.
- Ability to record and publish reels quickly.
- Effective Communicator.
- A proven salesperson with the ability to handle objections and empathize with customers effectively.
- Be comfortable with the freedom to start something and take responsibility for achieving outcomes.
- Understanding of the US homebuying process.
The Interview process will be conducted in the following 4 stages:
1. Resume review
2. At Home Assessment
3. Interview
4. HR discussion
