• Handling customers who are complaining from internet issues.
• Supporting customers with their broadband devices set-up.
• Broadband technical troubleshooting as necessary.
• Patiently listen to, understand, and solve complex technical customer issues.
• Providing world class support to the customers.
• Developing detailed knowledge about our products, services and features.
• Making decisions regarding the type of repair required at the customer internet connection.
• Educating customers regarding the use of installed products.
