Tasks

• Offer the highest level of customer service while providing customers with information regarding flights fares destinations special offers and other travel products.
• Use Airline reservation system to make new flight reservations or to modify existing bookings.
• Provide timely resolution to customer inquiries including concerns and/or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately obtain documents and confirm customers personal information for bookings.

Requirements

• Apprenticeship in travel industry Bachelor or Diploma preferably in business related subjects and tourism or equivalent
• Minimum 23 years professional work experience
• Reservation & Ticketing knowledge Airline or Travel Agency
• Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with customers and business partners.
• Fluent in German English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills combined with a strong commitment to teamwork common software knowledge (Amadeus MS Office 365)
