Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via inbound/Outbound call channels.
2. Assist customers with product information account inquiries order status billing questions and general support issues.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently striving for firstcall resolution whenever possible.
4. Accurately document all interactions with customers including details of inquiries actions taken and resolutions provided in the system.
5. Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional products or services to customers contributing to revenue generation goals.
Skills/Ability
1. Proficient in spoken English with excellent communication skills.
2. Prior customer service experience ideally in home furnishing.
3. Efficient handling of inquiries and issue resolution. Problemsolving ability and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in multitasking and working in fastpaced settings.
5. Positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
7. Knowledge of home furnishing products and design trends preferred
