Job Description

Leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy is seeking to onboard a Lisbonbased Germanspeaking Customer Representative to join their teams in Lisbon.

Tasks

  • Handle all incoming contacts from bank clients (ID and TPIN & Postbank app setup card blocking/unblocking/exchange safety transactions complaints) via phone and email
  • Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
  • Use adequate tools processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate valid and complete information
  • Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered.

Requirements

  • C1 German with great linguistic expression and B1 English both oral and written
  • Ability to listen actively identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers
  • Ability to take stressful situations well.
