Role: Customer Service Representative

Location: Albuquerque New Mexico

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information handle inquiries resolve complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause of the problem selecting and explaining the best solution and expediting correction or adjustment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service retail or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
