Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive toptier service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Your excellent communication and problemsolving skills will be essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers through various channels such as phone email and live chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer concerns complaints and requests effectively striving for firstcontact resolution whenever possible.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • ProblemSolving: Analyze customer issues assess potential solutions and facilitate timely resolutions.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions to assist in improving our products and services.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Product Development to address customer needs and provide input for process improvements.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree is preferred
  • Female preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service retail or related field is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
  • Excellent problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
  • A customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Patience and a positive attitude.
