Responsibilities
Answer telephones and provide appropriate information or route call to the appropriate person
Perform clerical tasks as assigned such as scheduling, making phone calls, completing forms and data entry
Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and products, as well as programs, promotions and / or discounts available
Handle client questions and concerns professionally and courteously
Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by patients
Accurately record client information and communication encounters in the EMR (Electronic Medical Record)
Assist in the organization and administration of company objectives and policies
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
Regularly attend and participate in all training classes and staff meetings

Requirements
Minimum of at least one year of customer service experience
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Strong attention to detail
Multi-tasking skills a must
Experience with cloud-based technology desired
Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Additional Information
Must present a positive and professional image of the practice to patients. Must be friendly, courteous, patient, and tactful with patients and patient families. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and relate well with patients, physicians, and office staff. Must be able to work well under pressure. Must understand the need for discretion and confidentiality in matters relating to patients and their problems.
