Tasks

As a Customer Service Advisor your role is key in providing professional service work solution and salesoriented. You should be the person who advises the customer as well as answers their questions regarding products deliveries and invoices.

Requirements

  • Nativelevel in Norwegian both spoken and written. With a good level of English.
  • You excel in customer interactions via phone email and chat.
  • Previous experience in customerfacing roles such as retail or service professions is preferred.
  • You possess a salesoriented mindset and thrive on achieving holdback and additional sales targets.
  • Your focus is on delivering exceptional customer service with a keen eye on customer satisfaction.
  • Approaching challenges with a problemsolving mindset striving to find effective solutions.
  • Being driven to pursue and achieve set goals motivates you to excel.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with different software applications.
  • Being a team player is essential to achieve goals.
  • You are great at collaborating and actively listening to both customers and colleagues.
