Here at Marvable, our mission is to create a comfortable space for everyone to work better in the ever-increasingly dynamic world, working at our best productivity. The Sales Support Specialist's main responsibility is to assist with the company's e-commerce sales division. You will learn how to assist with the existing customer database, generate analytical reports, evaluate the data and identify trends and gaps, and acquire valuable problem-solving skills.
As Marvable s Customer Experience Specialist, you ll play a key function in Marvable s sales team and make a key impact on Marvable's growth journey by providing customers with top-notch after-sales service that will leave a positive and lasting impression on them.


What you ll be doing:

  • Handle general Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Customer Support
  • Manage Customers reviews on public platforms.
  • Manage the company's social media pages on both pre and post-sales.
  • Assist with After Sales Queries relating to Warranty Claim Requests.
  • Assist in optimizing the processes and contribute best practices towards the pre-sales and post-sales customer journey.
  • Build a great client experience by assisting clients over the phone, showroom visits, live chats and emails.
  • Develop an understanding of our products and unique features and provide support to the team.

What we're looking for

  • Min Diploma in any relevant fields.
  • Min 1 year of sales/service support in a similar capacity. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Initiative to find the relevant resources needed to be successful in this role
  • Highly communicative, energetic, loves building relationships and rapport with others.
  • Basic Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience in E-commerce is a bonus.
