We RentoMojo were founded by IITM alums and serial entrepreneurs who worked out of almost every major city in India in his first five years of corporate career. Frustrated with the hassles of relocating from one place to the other and tired of finding that perfect cluster of home essentials that suited their lifestyle.
The spending youth especially the millennials & Gen Zs prefer staying light desire flexibility and are value conscious. RentoMojo caters to the needs of the working professionals which is unmet due to nonavailability of furnished rental flats by offering furniture and appliances on rental basis thus providing more flexibility than owning the expensive furniture and appliances.
Currently we have 130000 subscribers with a typical rental period of 1214 months. The current market size (as per a recent report by Grant Thornton) is estimated to be US$ 4.1 Billion and expected to grow to US$ 13 Billion by 2025.
With 1000 people operations the company has a presence in 16 cities across India. Looking back Rentomojo has not only made a new market of lease which never existed for the consumer they have also become market leaders in the consumer rental industry. Unlike the norm they are now seeing a reverse trend wherein a version of ours is being copied in the US and UK. We are also profitable at monthly PAT since Oct 2021.

About the Role:
Leading and overseeing the creative vision and execution across various media channels to drive brand innovation consistency and engagement; towards creating a unique position for Brand Rentomojo.
Responsibilities and Ownership:

- Creative Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and articulate a creative vision aligned with Rentomojos brand identity and business objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand marketing goals and translate them into comprehensive creative and content strategies.
- Project Management:
- Oversee and manage the entire creative process from concept to execution ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
- Spearhead the development of creative concepts for influencer marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with the strategy and account management teams to understand client goals and target audience demographics.
- Creative Strategy:
- Work closely with marketing product and other teams to develop and execute creative strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Translate business objectives into creative concepts and strategies that resonate with the target audience.
- Oversee the entire content creation process from ideation and scripting to shooting editing and postproduction.
- Content Development & Portfolio Management:
- Ideate and execute creative content including graphics videos and copy ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage and curate a comprehensive portfolio of creative assets maintaining a library that can be utilized across various marketing initiatives.
- Brand Management:
- Work closely with the brand team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all communication channels.
- Leverage the sense of design towards Brand Building Packaging Communication and Website Design and other Design systems. B
- Digital Expertise:
- Leverage digital channels effectively to enhance creative strategies and engage with the target audience.
- Stay updated on digital design trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Your work till now will be the first qualification that would matter to us. Other than that you should be:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Fine Arts Communications Design or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- 7 years of expertise in a creative role with a minimum of 2 years as a Creative Director or equivalent role
- Meticulous and having an excellent eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Digital first experience is a must must be proficient in utilizing digital platforms and channels for creative content distribution.
- Demonstrated expertise in content ideation to development.
- Uptodate knowledge of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in creative content development.
- Excellent ability to communicate design thinking and effective presentation skills. Communicate design strategy to various audiences in a strategic manner
