This is a remote position.
Wellthy Therapeutics helps leading Life Sciences Companies upgrade to become Digital Life Sciences Companies. We do this by powering core drug/device portfolios with software-based medicine, deployed via digital therapeutics, companion SaMD solutions, and digital patient support programs, that pair with the drug/device to deliver or enhance treatments for unmet medical needs. What will you do:
- Research&Conceptualisation:Createstoryboards,userjourneys,sketches.
- Conductdesignresearch,market,andcompetitiveanalysis,anddevelopconceptsfor clientpresentations.
- Ensureconsistencyandaccurateuseoftemplateandgraphicsalignedtobrandstandads
- Createandimplementdesigns,bothtemplateandnontemplated,acrossmedia(alltypesofprint,digital,web,OptimisedcreativesforFb,Insta,MailChimp,Webgraphics,youtube,)alignedwithbrandguidelinesandbusinesspartnerobjectives.Exceptionalunderstandingoffundamentalgraphicdesignprinciples(typography,layout, grid,hierarchy,color,animation,composition)
- In-depthunderstandingofthelatestUI/UXdesignandtechnologytrends
- Leveragetemplatesandadaptthemtofittheneedsofvariouscommunications. Createnewoff
- templateassetswhenrequestedbasedonbrandguidelinesSupportassetcreationandmaintenanceincluding:photosourcing,retouchinganddigital optimization;iconandillustrationcreation;templatecreationandmaintenance.
- Collaboratewith,designers,writers,editors,projectmanagersandouroperationsteamto deliverbest-in-classcreativeinsupportofourcustomers
- Welcomeallfeedbackwiththegoalofcontinuousimprovement.Leveragebestpractices andfeedbacktoevolveandperfectyourdesignsalignedwithourbrandstrategy.

- ShouldhavebasicknowledgeofGIF,animation,videos.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate/PGinvisualcommunication/design/animation
- 4+years of Experience required
- HighlyproficientinPhotoshop,Illustrator,Adobe, PremiereProandAfterEffects
Skills :
- ExcellentknowledgeofAdobeSuite-Illustrator,Photoshop&otherdesigntools
- Experienceingraphicdesign,branding,illustrations,etc.forcreativeagencies,web/e commercecompanies,etc.
- Abilitytohandleseveralprojectsatthesametime.
- HTMLknowledgeforresponsivedesigns-shouldbeabletocodeinhtml
- Wordpressknowledgeinandout,additionalelementor,flatsomeknowledge.
- Abilitytohandleawebsite-staging,FTPserverhandling
- Astrongunderstandingofdesignaestheticsandimpeccableattentiontodetail.
- Strongandeffectivecommunicator,presenter,andnegotiator.
- Iscomfortablewithbasicsocialmedia,andhasextremelyoutstandingsocialmedia profiles.
