Creative Designer

Company Overview: AIMS is a leading institution in the Higher Education industry dedicated to providing quality education and innovative learning experiences.

Role and Responsibilities:
Create innovative designs concepts and layouts in accordance with AIMS standards and branding
Mark up paste and assemble final layouts for printing
Assist in developing new campaigns and executing creative ideas
Prepare notes and illustrations for final layout assembly
Liaise with external printers for printing jobs
Stay updated with the latest design trends and apply new knowledge to the position
Develop positive working relationships and collaborate with others
Provide information to supervisors and coworkers
Set goals prioritize work and organize tasks effectively
Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and represent the organization to the public
Responsible for daily event updates on all communication platforms including the website and social media
Update information on the website as needed
Compose and distribute school surveys
Create and manage photo libraries
Fulfill any other duties assigned by the Communications Coordinator or the Director

Candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have a degree in Graphic Design or a related field with proven experience in creative designing for the education sector. Strong communication organizational and time management skills are essential.
