Manages the production of supporting customer and sales enablement materials (e.g. internal sales guides, standard presentation materials, customer data sheets and brochures etc.) for core propositions and products/ services.
• Incorporates relevant graphics, illustrations, photography and graphic elements to meet design brief and stakeholder needs.
• Maintains and manages central database of graphic items to minimise rework and for use by wider marketing team.
• Ensures new documents/ materials are compliant with brand and corporate identity guidelines.
• Manages upload of materials to relevant knowledge share sites.
• Provides regular status reports, manages quarterly program reviews, coordinates regular workload/ process/ quality review meetings with key marketing colleagues.
