Job Description

CQO QRM Quality System, Knowledge and Document Manager


  • Working Location: The Hague, Netherlands
  • Security Clearance: NATO Secret
  • Language: High proficiency level in English language



EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:


Essential Qualifications/Experience:

SharePoint "Design Privilege" To create Lists, set-up libraries, define and maintain attributes maintain site-pages, content management, etc.
MS Word: template management, document reformatting, Macro knowledge, styles management
MS Excel: pivot tables, graphics, data management
MS PowerPoint: template management

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
Experience and understanding in Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities
Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
Microsoft Access
IBM DOORS
JIRA "Admin privilege" Creating Projects, Maintaining Workflows and attributes, creating Dashboards

DUTIES/ROLE:
Provides support to Quality and Risk Management Branch and Chief Quality Office by:
Create, maintain and manage Microsoft Office Templates
Content Management for SharePoint sites under control of CQO
Providing assistance in maintaining the Requirements Traceability Matrix in JIRA
Measures and reports on Agency quality metrics and KPIs
If experienced: reviewing project documentation and contractor QA reports
Performs other duties as required
