Key responsibilities

• Prepare and examine financial statements
• Conduct audits of financial systems and internal controls
• Provide expertise in tax planning and compliance
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations
• Participate in financial reporting and analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain documentation of accounting procedures
• Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to support organizational goals
• Stay updated on accounting principles and regulations
• Conduct internal control evaluations
• Manage and mentor junior accounting staff
• Assist in the implementation of accounting software and systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification
• Proven work experience as a CPA or in a related role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent understanding of tax regulations and compliance
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Uptodate knowledge of regulatory changes and industry trends
• Experience in mentoring and training junior staff
