As a Country Manager you will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration with crossfunctional teams across our client s company to ensure the seamless integration of DataOps workflows and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of the DataOps function by establishing and tracking key performance metrics. Through your leadership you will ensure that DataOps operations run smoothly contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

• Proven Leadership in Driving Growth: Demonstrated experience in service delivery and ensuring that the activities and performance significantly contribute to Reveals growth trajectory. This includes driving performance and efficiency supporting the scaling of technology businesses and autonomously generating revenue.
  
• Handson Versatility: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where handson involvement in various functional areas is essential. Were looking for candidates who embody versatility and adaptability to effectively lead the establishment of the Support function for the wider Reveal business in Manila.
  
• Strategic Vision and Execution: Strategic mindset with the ability to understand Reveals strategy and identify new business opportunities that align with this strategy. Candidates should have a track record of driving revenue by upselling existing services and delivering highquality solutions to clients.
  
• Collaborative Leadership: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams executive leadership and support functions across the organization. This includes collaborating with the Training team to establish competency frameworks and ensuring alignment with support requirements across the organization.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within Data Operations optimizing and automating workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Risk Management: Ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks within Data Operations working closely with Delivery Leaders and executive leadership to ensure appropriate risk management strategies are in place.
  
• Performance Metrics Management: Proficiency in establishing and tracking key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of operations and offshore support teams. This includes implementing robust communication protocols and maintaining reporting dashboards to support datadriven decisionmaking throughout the organization.
  

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams across Reveal to ensure seamless integration of DataOps workflows and deliverables.
  
• Ensure the DataOps function is operating efficiently and effectively through the establishment and tracking of key performance metrics.
  
• In collaboration with the Training team in NZ ensure there is a competency framework in place for DataOps ensure robust assessment of individuals against this framework and identify training and development needs.
  
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to optimize and automate data processing workflows.
  
• Highlight risks proactively and work in conjunction with the Delivery Leaders and/or ELT to ensure these are appropriately managed and mitigated.
  
• Drive revenue generation by understanding Reveal s strategy identifying new business opportunities for DataOps that align with this strategy upselling existing services and delivering highquality data solutions to clients.
  

SUPPORT

• Collaborate with the ELT and all teams across Reveal to understand support requirements and ensure the Manila support team are set up to deliver upon these.
  
• Implement robust communication protocols between the Manila Support team and the wider Reveal business to foster collaboration and efficiency.
  
• Focus the support team on ensuring reporting dashboards are established and maintained such that the wider business can make datadriven decisions at any time.
  
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics for the offshore support team to ensure highquality support services.
