ABOUT THE COMPANY
A well-known cross-border e-commerce logistics company in China, now a new British company, the business scope is mainly to deal with FBA transit goods, and to do overseas warehousing business. As of fiscal 2021, the company has set up 20+ subsidiaries in China, 4 overseas warehouses in the United States and 1 overseas warehouse in Japan, with good development opportunities. The company is people-oriented, salary design is above average, proud of achieving employees, requiring employees to be responsible, passionate and honest.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for the overall operation of the British overseas warehouse, responsible for communicating with various logistics channels and related service providers externally, and docking work tasks internally and domestically;

2. Responsible for formulating the management system of the British overseas warehouse, operating process and supervising the implementation;
3. Responsible for the recruitment, training, management and assessment of British overseas warehouse personnel;
4. Other unfinished matters.
Requirements
QUALICAFICATIONS
1. Have rich management experience and understand the British business environment.
2. Experience in related industries is preferred.
3. Work proactively, be honest and upright, have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, can withstand certain work pressure, have good data analysis and processing ability and business negotiation and communication ability.
4. Chinese Mandarin business proficiency required
