Corporate Legal Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Keep corporate legal house and ledgers in order;
• Give corporate law, labor law, social insurance, commercial law advice on the daily basis and highlight the aspects that require additional research or attention of the management;
• Support supervision of the compliance of the company’s activity to external and internal requirements; Corporate documentation drafting (minutes of the meetings, resolutions, AoA, etc.) as required by the country legal requirements and the company regulations;
• Support implementation of corporate changes into company documentation (BoD, AoA, address, etc.);
• Maintain company information registration;
• Support due diligence of commercial and contractual documentation;Administrative support and represent the company before General Authority of Financial Institutions, the General Administration of Companies, Social Insurance, Labor Immigration Commercial Register offices, Notary Public offices;
• Support with the shareholders and BoD meetings, financial statement approval process;
• Keep the calendar of BoD and Shareholders meetings and advice on the agenda.
