Job Description

  • Identify new business markets within the corporate space and sell the company products to new and existing clients.
  • Provide tailored solutions to clients
  • Sell and cross sell company products to corporate clients.
  • Increase corporate clientele by signing on new companies.
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities in a changing marketplace
  • Developing a sound understanding of the marketplace and the industry
  • Strong customer focus and a commitment to quality and service
  • Appreciates the importance of attentive listening in customer relationship
  • Excellent communication skills/call handling.
  • Effective prioritizing planning organizing negotiating and influencing skills
  • React positively to rapidly changing priorities
  • Drive for achievement

  • Provide accurate clear precise information
  • Ability to engage with key stakeholders both internally and externally and to form strong collaborative partnerships.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business administration sales or relevant field.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
