Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal Compliance: Ensure the hospitals compliance with all relevant regulations including healthcare laws labor laws and medical industry regulations.
2. Contract Drafting: Prepare review and negotiate contracts with third parties including vendors contractors and business partners.
3. Risk Management: Analyze legal risks associated with operational activities and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Legal Counsel: Advise management on legal matters concerning policies procedures and relevant legal changes affecting hospital operations.
5. Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve legal disputes involving the hospital.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with a valid law practice license.
• Already attended PKPA and UPA
• Work experience as a Corporate Lawyer or experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Indepth knowledge of healthcare law corporate law and related regulations.
• Good communication skills strong analytical abilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
