Responsibilities:

• (P.S) is entitled to detect any illegitimate activity that would need a protection action through all channels (retails audits, online searching tools …. etc.) to create a
• strong and rich pipeline.
• Full case investigation after detection such as (products samples, company legal name, addresses, contacts, market share, company sales volume, violation type...etc.).
• Create leads on the CRM with the case investigation collected data.
• Contact the customer in order to get data and specify the targeted person.
• Initiate visits to the customer’s premises in case if needed.
• Follow up all the protection cases after grace period and make sure that the corrective actions were taken.
• Follow up all the End-Contract Customers Periodically after grace period and make sure that there are no active products in the markets
