Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Europe Control Design Lead to review the Control Shared Services Delivery strategy for the Cairo site
- Service Delivery Model, process transition roadmap, SLA definition and service catalogue
- Partner with the Europe GBS PMO team: Align Control Service Integration aspects with the GBS model: technology tools, collaboration mechanisms, integration scope, planning sessions, knowledge transfer and governance, to setup and deploy repeatable service integration processes
- Lead the Cairo Site Control delivery team: Translate the related parts of the Control strategy into operational plans; monitor compliance and initiate corrective/optimizing measures in case of deviations/exceptions
