Job Description

- Review and evaluate contract terms and conditions to ensure they are in line with company policies and objectives.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, including contract initiation, execution, and closure.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Identify and manage contract risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Resolve contract disputes and claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contractual documentation and correspondence.
- Prepare reports and presentations on contract management activities for management.
- Stay current with industry best practices and changes in contract laws and regulations.
