We are currently in search of our new Contract Manager. for Soltec North America.

Your goal is to ensure the effective and successful execution of supply projects by overseeing comprehensive management coordinating interdepartmental activities and optimizing contractual processes.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

AsContractManageryou areresponsible for the comprehensive lifecycle of a contract fromaward to closeout. You will actively participate in the resolution of disputes support ProjectManagers and operations teams with contractual correspondence and ensure that theagreement is followed by all the parties involved.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate with all Soltec departments to analyze and review contracts and lead the negotiations with clients.
  • Elaborate contract templates making sure that each award is properly backedup with a contract or terms and conditions.
  • Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
  • Supporting the Project Managers or its designees with change orders and contractual disputes.
  • Monitoring the contractual requirements are fulfilled by both parties and keep record of all deviations changes agreements and all relevant events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (BA/BSc) in Mechanical Engineering Business Administration or any other related field or equivalent.
  • Desired experience in Contract Management.
  • Knowledge inContract interpretations contract analytics local regulations.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector.
  • Minimum 3 years in the direction of projects such as Production Manager on site in the execution of industrial projects (energy chemistry gas solar...).
  • Bilingual: Native or C1/C2 Level at Spanish & English.
  • Located in Mexico City
