I am recruiting for a fantastic leisure job in Surrey for a leading leisure operator in the Health & Fitness sector. This is an incredibly exciting growing Leisure Management business. I am looking for a dynamic and innovative Senior General Manager who is commercially astute. This is a leisure job not to be missed.

In this role you will work closely with the teams across the contract whilst maintaining effective and strong relationships with all key stakeholders. This is an opportunity to manage a unique facility that incorporates both the corporate world and the very best of the leisure. You will have great interpersonal skills and be able to manage multiple stakeholders.

As a Contract Manager you will have overall responsibility of running the entire business. You will manage an Assistant General Manager and the HODs and ensure that your team are always motivated and driven to provide excellent customer service.

Providing great service is a key focus of this role and as a Contract Manager you will be leading this from the front. Were looking for an individual with the experience of managing a large team and driving the commercials with particular focus on fitness and managing corporate relationships.

What do we need from you

A minimum of 2 years successful senior management experience working within either the private or leisure management sectors

Proven and successful track record of management experience within a leisure related industry ideally with fitness and events experience

You will be highly motivated and have the experience of leading managing and developing a large team

You will be highly organised results driven possess the ability to drive individuals to maximise their potential to ensure all financial goals and targets are met in relation to contract objectives.
