Job Description

  • Acting as the key contact point with the customer from initial discussions to delivery of the project
  • Discussing, reviewing and negotiating the terms of the contract
  • Identifying risks and develop risk mitigation plans
  • Ensuring identification, documentation and submission of claims & variations.
  • Drafting contractual letters to get them approved by Project Manager and send them to Client, Subcontractors, Government bodies etc.
  • Attending site meetings to monitor progress
  • Making sure the project meets agreed technical standards
  • Managing the final invoicing process
  • Coordinating with different departments within the organization, client and subcontractors.

Job Requirements

  • BSC in Civil Engineering
  • Wide Experience in Contracting from 3-5 years
  • Extensive experience in supervising projects to make sure that the contract terms address all of the client’s requirements
  • Sound knowledge of preparing contract close-out documents, monthly reports, intern and final payment applications
  • Good at interpreting Contractual terms
  • Good convincing skills and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English for daily communication
