Content Specialist with Portuguese

Tasks

The primary mission is to create highquality engaging and relevant content ensuring it precisely addresses the needs of our target audience in the Portuguese market. Your creative scope includes but is not limited to:

• Developing a diverse range of content material including written audio and video content to support inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
• Crafting compelling emails captivating ads campaigns SEOoptimised blog articles white papers case studies success stories and video scripts.
• Executing the content and marketing strategy collaborating with internal and external teams to create and localize content for the Portuguese market.
• Collaborating and brainstorming with crossfunctional teams to align content with marketing goals and customer needs.
• Engaging with the Portuguese audience through social media platforms responding to comments and reviews and fostering deeper connections.
• Being comfortable in front of the camera recording audio and video content to enhance engagement with our audience.
• Analysing KPIs and performance metrics of published content to identify opportunities and gaps and to optimize future strategies.
• Ensuring all content adjusts to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
• Guaranteeing the quality and accuracy of all Portuguese content released by proofreading and editing as needed.

Requirements

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English. Another European language is a plus (Italian French or Spanish ideally).
• Proven experience of 2 years in content creation preferably within the hospitality industry or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital marketing paid social media and content distribution channels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset and ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of analytics tools and datadriven decisionmaking is a plus.
• A will to learn every day and to evolve quickly.
