Position: SwedishContent Moderator
Location: Porto Portugal
Work model: Onsite
Employment type: Fulltime
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a central point of moderation of reports related to abuse and harassment between Virtual Reality users
- Put together solutions while having the protocols procedures and instructions as a starting point
- Take an active role in providing excellent and proactive moderation skills regarding the users
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in C1 Swedish and B2 English languages levels
- Ability to multitask & work under pressure
- Fastlearning resilient and emphatic person
- Able to cope with sensitive situations and content
