Content Media Services Coordinator mwd

In this role you will take charge of seamless servicing of broadcast materials to broadcasters worldwide ensuring a smooth workflow for acquired titles across all Quintus Media Channels.

The ideal candidate is techsavvy and will possess excellent organizational skills attention to detail and a passion for unscripted content.

Tasks

• collaborate with international broadcasters and partners to ensure the smooth delivery of content.
• guarantee that all content meets quality standards and is ready for distribution.
• work closely with our technical partner to conduct thorough quality checks on incoming and outgoing media content.
• support content sales by assisting in the coordination of sales activities including the preparation of sales materials term sheets and handling followup communications.
• create content catalogues flashy treatments and make sure our website stays up to date.
• propose and implement process improvements for enhanced productivity.

Requirements

• speak and write fluent English and German.
• demonstrate excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• are highly structured and selfstarting.
• have previous experience in content or media services.
• have (some) knowledge of delivery tech specs video specs and audio specs
• are proficient in Adobe Photoshop InDesign and Premiere Pro.
