We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Consumer Sales Manager to join our Force Sensors division.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential new customers within the defined OEM market segment and region qualify and develop them as necessary to achieve new business and sales in line with company strategy.
  • Frequently Travelling across the region (50%)
  • Proactively engage with new and existing customers within the defined OEM market segments and region in all activities both current and potential with a view to maximize Sales and organic Sales growth
  • Lead new development projects by proactive contact with the prospect or customer and VPG R&D Engineering QA and other associated parties to ensure timely and successful completion of the project.
  • Manage development projects from conception to completion.
  • Negotiate contracts meet with purchasing procurement and other key decision makers in order to establish firm and profitable customer relationships.
  • Analyze and report key sales and project management data and forecast future expectations for the region.

Requirements :

  • Degree in Business/ B.sc Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
  • 5 years of experience in sales and business development of Industrial Automation products /Sensors (weighing force) to OEMs (Consumers market mandatory)
  • Significant experience in sales of technical products (Ebike Fitness equipment Home appliances products etc.)
  • Strong business/finance background and experience
  • Knowledge of commercial transactional process involved with sales
  • Previous experience negotiating multiyear contracts with large global OEMs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
