- Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities for CI. .
- Research market trends, analyze customer needs and identify potential new client relationships and potential white space opportunities (industries/accounts)
- Expand the company's market presence, establish new client relationships and generate new revenue streams. .
- Own the proposal preparation (methodology, design & costing)
- Nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships (with / without RMS/ Retail) .
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Maximize customer satisfaction and retention by providing personalized support and proactive account management.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to drive revenue growth from existing accounts & manage renewals.
- Own the proposal preparation (methodology, design & costing)
