Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales and management of key account dealers throughout Indonesia fostering longterm partnerships.
  • Gain comprehensive insights into key channel needs and requirements acting as the primary liaison between key channels and the company.
  • Address and resolve complaints efficiently ensuring the maintenance of trust and satisfaction among key partners.
  • Play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities with a focus on developing enduring relationships.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a Key Account Manager role showcasing strong leadership and the ability to guide teams and projects to success.
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities with a knack for dissecting complex data and crafting informed strategies.
  • Superior presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
  • A robust passion for technology complemented by intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential facilitating seamless interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to undertake extensive travel across Indonesia for partner meetings and business development purposes.
  • A dynamic approach to sales and marketing recognizing its critical role in driving company growth.
