Our client is a private sector led Tier 1 Microfinance Bank that provides a versatile range of financial services to lowincome groups micro small and medium enterprises selfemployed with entrepreneurial skills. Due to expansion they are looking for Consumer Banking Officer

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customeroriented Consumer Banking Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs providing guidance on various financial products and services and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
  • Assist customers in opening and managing accounts loans and other banking products.
  • Educate customers on various financial products services and digital banking platforms.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to banking regulations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and goals.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of banking products services and industry regulations.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven 13 years of experience in consumer banking financial services or a related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of banking products regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and digital platforms.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customerfocused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.


Proven 1-3 years of experience in consumer banking, financial services, or a related industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of banking products, regulations, and compliance standards. Proficiency in using banking software and digital platforms. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
