Construction - Site Supervisor

End to end responsibility for initiating, executing and delivery of the civil construction project. Scope includes application of gypsum plastering at the sites.


Ensure completion of projects as per the specified quality, timeline and cost.


Responsible for labor management, safety and quality assurance at the sites.


Work closely with KCC management, clients and construction labors to execute the projects seamlessly.


Monitoring and scheduling of projects through different projects management techniques.


Maintain day to day record of work progress at site and maintain all documents as required.


Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.


Coordinate with purchasing, accounts and project management departments and successfully execute the projects.


Manage issues and crises that occur at site.


Ensure the quality and safety standards are followed by all labors.


Training and execution of drills to all labors and staff at site.


Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers, and surveyors), including attending meetings to keep them informed of progress


Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.


Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Sending the reporting in time with accurate information, building on regular client meetings (incl. reviewing planning & upcoming activities with them).


The candidate is expected to work with clients ranging from corporate to medium organizations.


Analyzing technical requirements for customer missions (existing or upcoming) included required investments


Degree in civil engineering.


Proficiency in English is a must.


The organization is fully digital. Ability to use cloud based applications with ease and with minimal training. High computer literacy.
