Construction Manager - MEP

Job Description

• Responsible for project quality being built on time and within budget.
• Conducts pre-job and continuing planning meetings to ensure all project team members understand contract terms and conditions, clauses, schedules, or any unusual requirements of the project.
• Visits job site daily and performs work inspections checks job progress and resolves project and contract issues.
• Stays on top of all scope changes to ensure they are processed and incorporated into the main contract in a timely manner.
• Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to the project team.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
• Prepare plans and schedules, status reports, and performance evaluation.
