Job description
ECOSI is seeking a Civil/Industrial/Systems Engineer with a postgraduate diploma in construction project management
Responsabilities
- Propose and deploy a construction management software to manage residential construction projects in the US.
- Manage several construction projects using the selected software.
- Identify and document the construction process in order to create a standard procedure for each construction activity.
- Monitor the progress of the projects by implementing a simple but effective way of communication with the field supervisors.
- Identify action items for the different projects and manage them using the selected construction management software.
- Identify document and share lessons learned in the projects.
- Monitor and control field supervisors activities.
Requirements
Required experience
At least 2 years of experience working in Construction Management related roles.
Must Qualifications
Knowledge of construction management software
English: B1 or superior
Customer Orientation
Mindset to identify workflows and propose strategies to optimize them.
