• Monitor changes in legislation and take appropriate action to create awareness.
Develop and implement an effective compliance program in collaboration with the group compliance team.
• Conducting Compliance Risk Assessments as per group standards.
• Ensure pro-active advice to all relevant stakeholders related to (but not limited): Anti, Third-Party Screening, Sanctions, Data Privacy, Anti Money Laundering, Antitrust.
