Compliance Officer

NOK Human Capital is hiring Compliance Officer for a very wellknown multinational company specialized in fertilizers.

Job Description:

Develop and implement an effective compliance program in collaboration with the group compliance team.

Conducting Compliance Risk Assessments as per group standards.

Ensure proactive advice to all relevant stakeholders related to (but not limited): Anti ThirdParty Screening Sanctions Data Privacy Anti Money Laundering Antitrust.

Monitor changes in legislation and take appropriate action to create awareness.

Implement policies procedures and guidelines through adequate measures within the company.

Work closely with the group compliance function to deliver appealing and engaging training and awareness sessions related to policies including Code of Conduct Anti Gifts and Hospitalities Anti Money Laundering Conflict of Interest etc.

First point of contact to address employee concerns or questions related to compliance.

Full responsibility for incident management and conducting independent compliance investigations.

Quarterly compliance reporting into the group compliance function.

Conducting Business Partner Due Diligences with focus on Integrity and Compliance. (e.g. when onboarding new partners) Collaborate with external and internal auditors and other departments such as HR as and when needed.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferably in law

10 years relevant working experience within an (international) law firm or Multinational company combined with at least 7 years working experience as Compliance Officer.

Good understanding of compliance topics and relevant laws & regulations including antimoney laundering antibribery & competition sanctions and data privacy Strong knowledge of (international) best practices

Ability to keep oversight in a complex environment yet proper attention to details

Ability to work under pressure with multiple stakeholders
