Job Description

Req ID : 2618720

Manage the planning development implementation communication and of administration of employee compensation and benefit programs for the tribe and associated enterprises. Understand laws rules and regulations in employment compensation and employee benefits. Track communicate and coordinate benefits and pension data for the tribal organization and enterprises. Will be required to maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Reconcile any accounting or benefit discrepancies. Other duties as assigned.



Requirements

B.A. Degree in Business Administration; 5 years experience in a combination of benefits pension accounting insurance and salary administration. A combination of education and experience is acceptable. Personal computer skills in database spreadsheets and word processing; mathematical analytical and planning skills. Will be required to submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Will also be required to submit and pass an alcohol/drug preemployment screening. Not engage in the dysfunctional use of alcohol and drugs. Must have excellent attendance and punctuality!
