We manage a virtual community of several hundred entrepreneurs and investors dedicated to building thriving calm companies. As part of our team youll play a crucial role in keeping our community engaged and running smoothly.

Your Role:

As a Community Operations Coordinator youll be responsible for:

• Creating summaries of community activities
• Curating and sharing the best conversations
• Matching members with expertise to those seeking help
• Engaging with members to improve community services
• Organizing virtual events
• Maintaining community information and resources
• Creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere

What Were Looking For:

• Medium to professional level of spoken English
• Availability Monday to Friday with flexible working hours and at least 34 hours overlap with EST
• Experience with Slack Airtable Notion and email newsletter software (Convertkit)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Selfmotivated and proactive approach to work
• Inherent curiosity about online entrepreneurship
• Active participant in online communities
